Beitou Hot Spring 90 °C of pure hotness!

Ni hao,

still on the first day of Taipei we went to the hot spring in the north of the city. We were a little exhausted and of course it was super humid. And yes.... it even started to rain. So water was everywhere!

We had to go to the maybe last station (Xi-Beitou) of the subway. There was even a special subway to the spring. Just one stop kkkkk

Anyway, when we arrived at the station we just followed the crowd to the hot spring. We were kind of confused, because we were still in the middle of the city. With lots of LED lights, Starbucks and so on... But after a little walk we were in the Jungle.

Last sign of civilization was this bath house next to the hot spring. Everywhere were signs that nobody is allowed to take a bath in the hot spring. I guess, because is was 90 °C and people would be kind of cooked. But it would fit to the restaurant where you can eat "big germans", we just found here in Taiwan. I was kind of afraid and told Elisa to hurry, because I didn't wanted to be eaten.

Haha, super humid! And lots of sulfur inside. You were able to see it at the stones in the spring or at the riverside.

At some point you could think godzilla would come over, but we were safe. After checking the hot srping at it's origin we walked a little downstream and just crushed the water kkkk We enjoyed a feet bath, because of it's healthy power.
My feet are hurting right now by the way.... maybe because of walking all day long in Taiwan....
