Dag!
During the windy, cold and rainy days in Berlin, Johnny and me decided to take to airplane to Amsterdam!
It has been a long time to be in the Netherlands for both of us, but we still enjoy being here.
Flying KLM we felt super royal during the flight, with a very yummy scrambled egg wrap in our hands we landed in Schiphol and took the free shuttle bus to our hotel.
We just checked in, recharged the camera's and went for a food marathon.
The Central station was (to me) a little narrow.... but the underground area surprised with its modern style. Even if the outside looks very traditional.
We just started walking and found a lot of chinese restaurants, and surprisingly many gay bars....however, we went for the chinese restaurants...
At the Dim Sum Court we ate too much of amazing chinese food!
But the food challenge was not over without some dutch food from the vending machines. Frikandel and Krokette were the pieces of desire this evening.
As a dessert we had waffles and a pudding filled croissant.
After a walk through the red light district we took the train to our hotel and went to the really big gym, where I saw the most shocking news of the day...
