Rockefeller Center by Night

Hey guys,

just to make the trip complete I should post the final tourist attraction we saw in NYC.

We booked us tickets to go to the top of the Rockefeller Center for Saturday evening (at sundown).

THE MET - Metropolitan

Hey guys, 

after finishing the AMNH we rushed through the Central Park to the Metropolitan. I know every museum lover would call us crazy to do both of these amazing museums at one day, but our time is super limited and so we had to rush through it. 

Even under a little bit of time pressure the museum was worth a visit. There are antique artefacts and art from all over the world and from different times. 

American Museum of Natural History

Hey, how r u?

Today was Museum-Day! We just walked for hours and hours to get an overview of the American Museum of Natural History and afterwards of the Metropolitan. I have to admit, that the AMNH is of course much more entertaining, because there are all kinds of animals, and sculptures around, but the Metropolitan is much more impressive, regarding the art, which is in there.

Central Park - Oasis of silence!

Hey,

yesterday we went to the Central Park in order to have a bicycle tour in it. The weather was again perfect to do this, thanks New York!

Empire State Building!

Hey folks, 

yesterday evening we finished the day before yesterday with going up the Empire State Building. 

It reminded of course myself of the N-Seoul Tower and the helicopter flight, we did a couple of hours before, but it was absolutely amazing to stand on top of New York. We got the tickets for the 86th and 102nd floor, and what can I say... I guess the 86th floor would have been enough, but you don't know before. 

NYC - The High Line

Hey buddy's, hows it goin'?

Yesterday evening we went to the High Line in New York City. It is an old Subway High Line. I guess you can compare the construction to the U1 in Kreuzberg. As it is not used anymore the New Yorkers transformed the not used track to a very special city garden. The walk was about an hour and the sun was just kissing us the whole time. 

Manhattan - HelicopterLove is in the air!

Hey, how are ya?

After checking the Brooklyn Bridge we decided to take the helicopter to get a better overview of Manhattan.
